The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the committee substitute for Senate Bill 482 on page 1, section 1, line 14, after the words “§ 1320d et seq.” by striking the remainder of the sentence.

On page 4, section 6, line 5, after the semicolon, by striking the word “or”;

On page 4, section 6, line 6, after the semicolon, by striking the word “or”;

On page 4, section 6, line 8, after the semicolon, by striking the word “or”;

On page 4, section 6, line 9, after the semicolon, by striking the word “or”;

On page 4, section 6, line 10, after the semicolon, by striking the word “or”;

And,

On page 9, section 11, line 73, after the words “42 U.S.C. § 1320d” by striking the words “et al.” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “et seq.”.
